Two stories are presented simultaneously.

 

A man’s voice describes stealing glances at a woman he encounters for the first time, while the thoughts of a woman contemplating the end of her love affair are displayed on a wall. Are we witnessing the thoughts of two people on the verge of a meeting, or is this the depiction of the beginning and the end of a single relationship? Are there any other possibilities in play?
